The Queen is one of the most watched soapies in the country, many aspiring actors and actresses they want to score a role. Now Connie gives tips in how to score one.

Many actors and actresses want to score a role on The Queen because when they are there it means their work in been recognized in large scales.

People need to pester their agents because the bottom line is that we don’t have one on one contact with actors.

Connie says the Fergusons films receive lots of Curriculum Vitae from actors and actresses with their profile but says it’s very difficult to negotiate with them.

She says it’s easier to go through the process with their agents as some have not been seen anywhere. She advise actors to work closely with their agent to make it possible.

“So again, we send out briefs and what we get from agents is what we work with. Actors really need to work closely with their agents and ask them, ” What’s happening? I need work, what’s happening with the Fergusons films? Are there any briefs coming in?”

Those are the tips she gives to actors who want to score a role on The Queen. This means it’s not really hard to score a role on The Queen, it’s just a procedure actors do.

So actors need to be proactive when it comes to working with their agents, Connie added.

It’s very easy for Fergusons films to contact agents than actors directly. Working with an agent will help actors to have time to prepare their roles. One other thing is that agents will be there to negotiate their salary and everything.
