As your pregnancy grows, you will tend to eat frequently because your baby is now big. You don’t have to eat large meals but at least eat snacks in between meals to keep healthy state in tact.

There are food you should avoid in pregnancy even though old wife tales would say just eat.

- Caffeine, at least 2 cups a day and not every day
- Sardines and tuna
- Alcohol
- Unpasteurized products such as blue cheese and feta cheese
- Deli food like sausages and raw meats
- Processed foods like ones in can
