Laerskool Die Ruiter Primary had a memorable celebration to mark the end of a successful school term on Friday, March 15. The fun day ensured that learners will have lasting memories of the event.
Suzette Louw, the school’s marketing officer, shared that the goal was to allow learners to enjoy the end of the term and also recognize their achievements so far this year.
“Our hard work has paid off, and it was important to show our learners how proud we are of them,” Louw added.
The laughter of children resonated as they enjoyed jumping castles, face painting, and plenty of food and drinks. Teachers also had a great time during the activities.
The highlight of the day was the colour run, where learners, in grade order, moved through a course on the sports field while throwing bags of colourful powder. Even teachers joined in and were covered in colors, much to the delight of the children.
