Kaizer Chiefs given a clean bill of health after Covid-19 tests.
The Soweto Giants underwent required Covid-19 test ahead 9f their departure to Tanzania for the second leg of their CAF Champions League quarter-final against Simba SC.
Kaizer Chiefs confirmed they have received a clean bill of health for the second time in less than seven days in as far as testing for the coronavirus is concerned.
Prior to their latest tests, the team were tested on Friday ahead of their first leg home match against Simba SC at FNB Stadium.
As required by CAF, Kaizer Chiefs will be expected to test once again in Dar es Salaam ahead of kick-off.
Kaizer Chiefs went on to add that they have noted with concern reports regarding tempering with results, but believe that they will not experience anything of that nature from Tanzanian authorities.
The Glamour Boys will take a handy four-goal advantage into the second leg which kicks off on Saturday, 22 May at 15:00 SA time.
