Ukhozi FM has announced the sad passing of one of their top DJs who had been in hospital for over weeks prior to his death.
According to the station’s business manager Sbongi Ngcobo, Irvin Sihlophe has sadly passed away after a short battle with stroke.
Ngcobo said Sihlophe was first admitted to Addington Hospital three weeks ago after suffering from stroke.
The versatile presenter showed signs of improvement, and he was reported to be recovering well on Wednesday.
However, Sihlophe suffered severe stroke on Thursday, 9 November, and this time, he wasn’t able to win the battle as he succumbed to death.
