John Okafor has been facing health struggles over the past few weeks. The renowned Nollywood actor has disclosed that he may have to undergo leg amputation if he cannot secure enough funds for his medical expenses. While lying in a hospital bed, he implored the public to help save his limb.
“Dear Good people of Nigeria, we are counting on your support at this point. We need it the most. I have been down for so many weeks. I am hoping for your prayers and assistance. As I am speaking to you, I am still lying down in the hospital, he said.“The medical doctor of this hospital said the best solution is [that], in case his new idea did not work, [then] the best idea is to cut off my leg. Just see me. If they cut off my leg where will I go to? Where will I go to work? Where do I go from here? Please, be in the prayers for me. Talk to God almighty. I do not want my leg to be cut off.
