Australia international Grace Harris demonstrated her immense power during a recent WBBL match when she hit a six with a broken bat.
Harris requested a new bat before a delivery after realizing that the handle had a crack in it.
Despite this, she decided to face the next delivery without changing bats.
As Harris made contact, the handle of the bat snapped and the bat flew away, yet she still managed to crack the ball over wide long on.

“It was actually a bit loose at the beginning of the game and that’s when they are at their best,” Harris shared with Fox Sports about her broken bat.
“I just thought it will be fine, it will come through, and then I heard it click in this one particular shot just before that six.
“Then I thought ‘no, it hasn’t fully cracked,’ I think it’s just loosened up even more. I’ll still hit it for six, I’m on anyway.
“So you’ve got to keep going, and that’s a great bat. In the end, it broke, and it still went for six.”
Harris went on to achieve a record score in the WBBL, finishing on 136 not out as the Brisbane Heat secured a victory against the Perth Scorchers.
