Many universities are currently in the midst of their annual Student Representatives Committee elections. Lately, the Economic Freedom Fighters Student Command has been making big waves, securing victories at numerous institutions of higher learning.
Just a few weeks ago, we witnessed the Economic Freedom Fighters celebrating a win at the University of Venda. Now, the co-founder and deputy president of the EFF, Floyd Shivambu, is taking on the Northern Cape Premier, Zamani Saul.
Floyd Shivambu appeared to be unfazed, saying, It seems that Dr. Zamani Saul’s influence was short-lived. The youth are united and they’re echoing ‘2024 Is Our 1994! Congratulations to EFF Students for making their presence felt!
Shivambu’s response came after Premier Zamani Saul commented, SASCO is making significant strides at Sol Plaatje University, signaling a promising future for the congress movement, prior to the elections.
