The legal team of the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) leader, Julius Malema and his bodyguard Adriaan Snyman, who are facing charges of discharging a firearm in public, is expected to argue an application to discharge the charges against their clients on Wednesday, citing a lack of evidence.
