AmaZulu have confirmed the appointment of Kamaal Sait as Brandon Truter’s assistant coach ahead of the 2022/2023 season.
Sait comes in after the club parted ways with Vasili Manousakis, who had come into the club with Benni McCarthy. Manousakis has since joined Richards Bay as their new Technical Adviser.
While Manousakis and goalkeeper coach Moeneeb Josephs remained at the club after McCarthy’s departure, they have now since left Usuthu.

Sait, the former Orlando Pirates defender, had served as Truter’s assistant at Swallows but left the club at the same time as Truter. They are joined by Hannes Abselon as the goalkeeper coach. Abselon was also at Swallows with Truter.
He now re-unites with Truter, and will serve as one of the Usuthu mentor’s two assistants, alongside Siyabonga Nomvethe.
