Former Springbok Pat Lambie and his wife Kate have shared the exciting news of their third pregnancy -and third boy – with an epic baby announcement.
The retired rugby player – who is now a real estate agent – posted the announcement on his Instagram account.
Lambie quit rugby in 2019 after a series of head injuries.
PAT LAMBIE SHARES BABY NEWS
In the Instagram post and baby announcement, Pat Lambie shared a picture of an acceptance letter into the prestigious private school Michaelhouse.
The letter served as a confirmation of registration for “Master Lambie” in the year 2038.
It read: “Congratulations on your newest baby, yet to arrive. I am delighted to confirm this: your third baby registration for entry into E Block (grade 8) at Michaelhouse.
“Time goes by so quickly, and before you know it, we will be meeting your lad as a young man, following in his father’s footsteps.”
Pat captioned the post with a blue heart emoji and the words “#3 coming in August 2024.”
Pat Lambie is a Michaelhouse alumnus who matriculated in 2008.
According to BusinessTech, the 128-year-old KwaZulu-Natal school is South Africa’s second most expensive boarding school in 2023.
Lambie is one of only two Springboks produced by the school, the second being Ross Cronje.
